If so, you’re free to utilise them. We do strongly advise that you have at least 6″ of concrete-set piers. To ensure stability and that it doesn’t collapse further, we set all of our posts in concrete with footers in the open and closed positions.
No and yes. If we have not ordered any materials or worked on any artwork or CAD drawings, your deposit is refundable. If we have completed one of the aforementioned tasks, the time and material costs will be deducted from your deposit amount, and any balance will be returned to you.
Timelines for projects might vary depending on many factors. An average project will take 6 to 8 weeks to complete. From beginning to end, they can take 10–14 weeks for bigger projects or during busy periods. Each project is started in the order that it was booked and given the appropriate amount of time.
Yes, of course! We deliver almost anywhere. Your gate will be immediately shipped to you in a crate by a firm we work with.
Just keep in mind that you are in charge of having a dock or other tools to unload it with.
You can, of course. Please keep in mind that you will need to bring a trailer with straps and cushioning to transport the gate. Additionally, you are in charge of placing your posts and joining the gate’s opposite side of the hinge to the post.
